This commission is available only to Vtubers whose copyrights you own, or whose creators have given you permission for use and secondary use of their works.

I give you permission to use our services only for your streaming(Twitch,Youtube) and SNS.

If you want to use it for any other purpose, please ask me for permission before you use it.

The work may be posted in my WEB SITE and on SNS.

You agree to use my artwork solely for your streaming and SNS use and that you will not reproduce or distribute the material for any purpose other than these uses. 

I(Pekkori Puff) maintain the copyright.

Copyright in these Terms of Service refers to the animation and illustrations created by Pekkori Puff. It does not refer to the Vtuber's character IP or copyrights owned by the client.

Please note that delivery dates, etc. will be set according to Japanese dates and times.

The animation created by the commission will be available on Pekkori puff's WEB SITE and SNS after 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you have any problems, please be sure to contact us.

Delivery dates may be delayed or commissions cancelled due to illness, disasters, etc.

Retakes to fix is possible.

Up to 3(three) retakes to fix are possible.

Retakes to fix after that will be an additional charge.

Please inform us of any major retakes or changes at the time of rough sketching.

If no reply is received for more than 3 days, the commission will be canceled or the next step will be taken.

I will not be responsible for any major retakes to fix or delays in the scheduled delivery date caused by lack of replies.

Payment plans are by PayPal and must be prepaid in full.
The only currency is USD.
Be sure to complete payment within 48 hours of my issuing the PayPal invoice.
No refunds will be processed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential and not divulge any personal information or any information or content obtained during the transaction.

I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using these Animation or illustration.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with tha laws of Japan without reference to principles of conflict of laws.
